Every piece you acquire is a heritage treasure. We honor your trust with white-glove care, uncompromising quality, and a promise that follows every shipment across the world.
From our atelier to your hands — every shipment is an event, not a transaction.
Every order, regardless of value or destination, ships free of charge. We partner exclusively with premium carriers — DHL Express, FedEx Priority, and specialized art logistics providers — to ensure your treasures arrive in flawless condition.
Each piece is wrapped in acid-free silk tissue, cushioned within a handcrafted paulownia-wood box, then sealed inside a custom Wuyan outer case with magnetic closure. The unboxing experience itself is a ceremony —因为我们相信,拆箱应当如开启一件传世之宝。
Every parcel is insured at declared value with zero deductible. You receive a tracking link within 2 hours of dispatch, with updates at every handover point. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries — no exceptions.
We do not ask questions. We only ask for the opportunity to make it right.
If, within 30 days of receipt, you find that a piece does not resonate with you — for any reason, or for no reason at all — simply notify us. We will arrange a prepaid return label within one business day. The full purchase price, including any taxes paid, will be refunded to your original payment method within 72 hours of us receiving the return.
Should a piece arrive damaged — an exceedingly rare occurrence given our triple-layer packaging — photograph the exterior and interior packaging before opening further, then contact us immediately. We will dispatch a replacement within 24 hours, with no additional charge. The damaged piece is yours to keep or dispose of as you wish.
Every Wuyan Culture piece is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity, signed by the master artisan. Should any question ever arise regarding provenance or materials, we will provide full documentation — including kiln records, material sourcing certificates, and artisan provenance — within 5 business days.
A Wuyan piece is meant to be passed down. With proper care, it will grow only more beautiful with the passage of time.
Handle tiles by their faces, never by edges. Store in the original rosewood chest, away from direct sunlight and humidity extremes. Clean only with a microfiber cloth — never use chemical cleaners or abrasives. The 24K gold accents are hand-applied; avoid friction against other tiles during shuffling.每年以柔软棉布蘸少许白茶油轻拭一次,可保持瓷面光泽百年不褪。
Cloisonné is remarkably durable — the mineral glazes are fired at 800°C and will not fade. However, the copper substrate should be kept dry. After handling, wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth. Never immerse in water. The mother-of-pearl inlay on the storage case benefits from occasional exposure to ambient humidity — a small dish of water placed nearby once a month is sufficient.
Indian rosewood contains natural oils that deepen into a rich patina with handling. Wash hands before use — the wood will absorb your skin's warmth and develop a uniquely personal luster. Every six months, apply a single drop of pure camellia oil with a lint-free cloth. Avoid proximity to radiators, air conditioners, and direct sunlight, which may cause uneven drying.
Never use soap. Rinse only with boiling water after each use. Dedicate one teapot to one tea variety — the unglazed purple clay absorbs the essence of the tea, and over months and years, the pot itself will infuse plain hot water with a whisper of fragrance. This is 养壶 (yǎng hú) — the art of nurturing a teapot — and it is a meditative practice as much as a maintenance routine.
Every Wuyan Culture client is entitled to lifetime care guidance at no charge. Send us a photograph of your piece, and our conservation specialists will respond within 48 hours with personalized preservation advice tailored to your specific item and environment.
